Osteoporosis Prevention

Your Pelvic floor is the keystone to your health!  The accordion-shaped muscles

internal organs, a strong pelvic floor can eliminate incontinence (poor bladder
control) and enhance your sexual pleasure!
Pregnancy
If you did Pilates before becoming pregnant, by all means, continue!  You will
appreciate Pilates stretching and breathing during all stages of pregnancy, even up
to the time when baby arrives.  Your routine may change a bit as your pregnancy
progresses; a certified instructor will tell you what exercises are safe and
